Yes! O'Brownies delivers freshly baked artisanal brownies, customized bento cakes, and celebration packages across all major sectors of Islamabad (including F-6, F-7, F-8, F-10, F-11, E, G, and I sectors) as well as Rawalpindi, including DHA Phase 1 & 2, Bahria Town, and Gulberg Greens. Question 2

Can I order a midnight surprise birthday cake in Islamabad?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! O'Brownies is open daily from 11:00 AM until 11:59 PM (midnight). We are Islamabad and Rawalpindi's favourite late-night bakery for midnight birthday surprises, anniversary moments, and sudden dessert cravings. Simply place your order online before the evening cutoff, select your delivery window, and our riders will ensure your sweet celebration arrives right on time.

Question 3

How much advance notice is needed for custom cakes and event catering?

Accepted Answer

For standard menu items like our signature brownies, bento cakes, and celebration gift boxes, same-day delivery is available within 60 to 90 minutes. For bespoke custom cakes, multi-tiered wedding dessert tables, and large-scale corporate event catering, we recommend submitting your request at least 24 to 48 hours in advance so our pastry artists can perfect your design.

Question 4

How long do O'Brownies brownies stay fresh, and how should I store them?

Accepted Answer

Our signature fudgy brownies are baked without artificial preservatives. Stored in an airtight container at room temperature, they remain decadently fresh and chewy for up to 4 days. If refrigerated, they will stay delicious for up to 10 days. Pro Tip: Pop your brownie into the microwave for 10-15 seconds before serving for an irresistible, gooey, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate center!

Question 5

What payment methods are accepted, and how do I claim the 10% online discount?

Accepted Answer

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Whenever you select 'Pay Online' at checkout, our system automatically applies an instant 10% discount on your entire order as our thank-you for choosing cashless convenience.

Question 6

Are your bakery items halal, vegetarian, and allergen-friendly?

Accepted Answer

All O'Brownies confections are 100% halal and vegetarian-friendly, made strictly without gelatine or animal fats. While we offer nut-free brownie options like our Chocopoke, please note that all items are baked in an artisan kitchen that also crafts treats with walnuts, toasted almonds, and hazelnuts (Nutella). Customers with severe allergies should review allergen tags on each product.
