Incase of any damage to the product, Obrownies will assist the client to provide the replacement provided the following are justified:
- Any issue with clear pictures and leave the item in the refrigeration until we get it picked.
- After getting checked from the management, if the issue persists, we will provide a replacement
- Incase the item has been discarded or not available for O’Brownies to check, we will not be able to assist with the issue.
