Refund Policy

Incase of any damage to the product, Obrownies will assist the client to provide the replacement provided the following are justified:

  1. Any issue with clear pictures and leave the item in the refrigeration until we get it picked.
  2. After getting checked from the management, if the issue persists, we will provide a replacement
  3. Incase the item has been discarded or not available for O’Brownies to check, we will not be able to assist with the issue.
